What is your refund policy?Updated a year ago

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days after arrival for a no-hassle FULL refund.

Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping if international. For US orders only we provide FREE one time only returns, if you wish to do multiple returns on an order then the shipping costs are your responsibility.

For full or partial return orders that contain free gifts, please note that the free gift must be returned along with the items in the order. If the free gift is not returned, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized Jewelry - Made to order, therefore cannot be restocked
  • Canvas Art - Made to order, therefore cannot be restocked
  • Earrings - Due to hygienic concerns with used
  • Paint by Numbers Kits - Once the paint has been opened
  • Apparel - Once tags are removed
  • Any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.

Our policy lasts for 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received and it must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
