Life happens, and sometimes you realize you clicked the wrong address! Here is how we can handle it:

If Your Order Has NOT Shipped: This is the easiest fix! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the corrected shipping address. We will update it in our system accordingly.

If Your Order HAS Shipped: Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have the ability to modify the delivery address. You will need to contact the specific shipping carrier (DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) directly using your tracking number to see if they can intercept or reroute the package for you.
