Please email us at [email protected] with your order number so we can provide you with the proper instructions and address to process your refund. We offer one time FREE US returns however, customers are responsible for return shipping if international. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once a return is received successfully and verified to be in good order, the refund minus shipping charge and restocking fee (if applicable) will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 working days for the credit to be reflected in your account.

Reminder that the following are non-refundable:

• Earrings
• Paint by Numbers Kits once the paint has been opened
• Canvas Art
• Apparel once tags are removed
• Any other items not listed above for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.
